Best Fitness Trackers & Smartwatches 2026

We tested every major tracker and watch across 60+ days of training, sleep, and daily wear. These are the six we keep on our wrists when no one is paying us to wear them.

How we test: Each wearable was worn for at least 4 weeks against a chest strap (Polar H10) and a Withings BodyScan reference. HR accuracy at 4 zones, sleep stages vs. clinical reference, and battery life under typical-use load.
